The new Ascentra Credit Union headquarters overlooks the Mississippi River in downtown Bettendorf, Iowa. The 40,205 square foot structure stands four stories high and features the brand’s orange accents that can be seen across the river and along the I-74 Bridge.  Inside, you will find an open concept with collaborative workspaces, fun zones, and breathtaking views of the Mississippi River.

Russell Construction served as the Construction Manager using over 20 local sub-contractors.
