Total Cost of Project: $9.5 million
Total Number of Workers: 100

This project at United Township High School completed an upgrade to their school, which was much more than simply showing a pretty new face to the community. They have created a 21st-century learning center designed to better prepare their students to meet the needs of tomorrow.

The 32,000 total sq. ft. additions and renovations includes a new secure entrance, a modern-looking student commons area, student lounge, and eating area, library, offices for students and staff, as well as a completely new media center addition.  The commons also connects the student cafeteria that now has room for 100 more students. A new book store, student café with vending machines and an expanded, modernized nurse’s office was also part of the project.

This project was completed by Bush Construction as the Construction Manager and used over 20 sub-contractors.
